QHX series is a no mechanical seal design of corrosion resistant magnetic drive pump, pump completely sealed, no leakage. 1. The front cover and rear covers adopt convex point structure and flat gasket sealing ring to ensure excellent sealing effect.
2. Impeller deflection is lower than 0.2mm.
3. Passive magnets and plastic shells are injection molded at one time to ensure that there is no penetration forever.
4. The shaft core is made of 99% alumina and SSIC material.
5. The gasket of the back cover is made of SUS304 material to enhance its temperature resistance and pressure resistance.
6. The surface of drive magnet adopts resin paint baking, with better corrosion resistance. After dynamic balance test, the vibration of drive magnet is lower than 2.0mm/s.

MAGNETIC PUMPS QHX SERIES
Magnetic pump consists of three parts: pump, magnetic actuator and motor. The key component magnetic actuator consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and nonmagnetic substances, and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to rotate synchronously, thus realizing the contactless transmission of power and transforming the dynamic seal into the static seal.
