From raw material inspection, injection molding, CNC processing, assembly, quality inspection, packaging and delivery, QEEHUA PUMP has a team with rich production experience, most of whom have been with QEEHUA PUMP since its establishment in 2010.

The production department adheres to the company founder Mr. Lai Qingyi’s originality spirit of “Doing High Quality Pump by Heart” as the production concept, and has been strictly implementing the ISO9001 quality management system. For each chemical pump and chemical filter, we adhere to the implementation of 100% quality inspection in the whole process from the raw material injection to the final finished product. Ensure that each pump and filter to provide you with ultra-stable performance and ultra-long service life. Our self-requirement is that quality after-sales service should not exceed 12 times per year.

QEEHUA PUMP production center is responsible for the development and injection molding of the product according to the design drawings of the R&D Department. The Assembly Department assembles semi-finished products and tests finished pumps & filters with standardized procedures. QA Department inspects each item, including performance data, interior design, product appearance, stickers and labels, etc. After the full inspection meets the requirements, the Packing Department will pack according to the requirements, and then the Shipping Department will arrange the delivery.

QEEHUA PUMP adopts strict packaging standards, including anti-static bags, protective film, cartons and plywood cases to ensure that the possibility of damage caused by external forces during transportation is almost zero.

At present, our annual production capacity has reached 100,000 pumps and 5,000 filters, and the on-time delivery rate is more than 95%.
